The Itinerary

10:00 AM | Pickup & Lotus Farms We collect you from your hotel for a scenic drive to the lake, including a stop at local lotus flower farms to see these sacred blooms up close.

11:30 AM | Floating Village & Lunch Board our private long-tail boat to explore a village built entirely on the water. We then dock with the Queen Tara for a freshly prepared lunch (vegetarian options available) and cold drinks on the shaded decks.

12:30 PM | Crossing the Great Lake Re-board for a scenic crossing of the Tonlé Sap toward Kompong Phluk. Marvel at the houses perched on 10-meter high stilts and visit the local monks’ training school.

1:15 PM | The Flooded Forest Depending on the season, you will either glide through the flooded mangrove forest by rowboat or walk the forest floor to see the incredible stilt structures from below.
